Chocolate lava cake, atau chocolate molten cake, adalah salah satu kue paling populer di berbagai restoran di Indonesia. Sensasi yang dirasakan saat memotong kue dan melihat lelehan cokelat panas merembes keluar bagaikan lava, hanya bisa dikalahkan dengan kenikmatan saat sepotong kue dan cokelat leleh tersebut masuk ke mulut kita.


Tapi tahukah Anda bahwa dessert ini sangat mudah dibuat sendiri di rumah?

Chef Matteo Meacci, juru masak di salah satu restoran Italia di Jakarta, berbagi resep chocolate lava cake (atau yang di Italia dikenal dengan nama TORTINO AL CIOCCOLATO FONDENTE) yang biasa ia buat sendiri di rumah.

Bahan yang dibutuhkan adalah:

5 butir telur
5 butir kuning telur
125 gr gula pasir
250 gr mentega
250 gr cokelat
75 gr tepung terigu

Sedangkan untuk pelengkapnya saat disajikan, Anda bisa menggunakan es krim vanilla, atau membuat krim sendiri menggunakan whipping cream, gula tepung, dan bubuk kayu manis.

Tak sulit kan, menyiapkan bahannya? Membuatnya pun mudah, hanya perlu 5 menit sampai adonan kue siap dimasukkan ke oven.
